Now back home, I reflect on a fantastic four days of reconnecting with old friends, intensive exchange of pedagogical concepts and even an evening &#8222;session&#8220; of (mostly) Irish and (a bit of) American fiddle music with colleagues from Ireland and Germany.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The Intensive Course for Suzuki Violin Books 3-5 under the direction of Kerstin Wartberg took place on Friday and Saturday morning. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/en.germansuzuki.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/Bloemsaat_Constanze_Johannes_276.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-745  aligncenter\" style=\"border: 1px solid black;\" title=\"Bloemsaat_Constanze_Johannes_276\" src=\"http:\/\/en.germansuzuki.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/Bloemsaat_Constanze_Johannes_276.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"317\" \/><\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Topics included scales, improving intonation, shifting using ideas from Mimi Zweig, comparison of Vivaldi recordings, preparation for thirds and a view into the monthly technique class of the team from Ingolstadt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/en.germansuzuki.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/Kerstin_in_d._Runde_280_kl1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-747 aligncenter\" style=\"border: 1px solid black;\" title=\"Kerstin_in_d._Runde_280_kl\" src=\"http:\/\/en.germansuzuki.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/Kerstin_in_d._Runde_280_kl1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"510\" height=\"228\" \/><\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>As Saturday progressed, more and more teachers began arriving from all over Europe for the European Xchange Conference.
